Our office is in-network with major providers including Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Principal, and United Concordia. If you don't see your provider, give us a call and we'd be happy to check if you're covered. We can also file and track your claims for you to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment, so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.
